My First Pale Ale

I brewed this to test the efficiency of the system and run through the procedures. I brewed it twice because the first time a number of "wort events" happened and I wasn't able to calculate my efficiency.

7 kg GW 2-row malt 66°C mash
60 g Centennial Hops 60 min
60 g Centennial Hops 15 min
1056 American Ale Yeast 2 liter starter
Mash for 1/2 hour
Recirc for 1/2 hour
Sparge with 78°C water
Boil 90 min
Oxygenate after counter-flow chiller
Ferment at 20°C
The mash, boil, etc. was done outdoors with a temperature of 8°C. The OG (by refractive index) was 11.8 which gives an efficiency of about 83%.
