My First Pale Ale
I brewed this to test the efficiency of the system and run through the procedures.
I brewed it twice because the first time a number of "wort events" happened
and I wasn't able to calculate my efficiency.

The mash, boil, etc. was done outdoors with a
temperature of 8°C. The OG (by refractive index)
was 11.8 which gives an efficiency of about 83%. |
